About the Role We are looking for a Technical Consultant with outstanding English communication skills and solid technical knowledge to represent U.S. developer profiles in client-facing settings. This is not a traditional coding role. Instead, this is a strategic consulting opportunity where your primary responsibility is to participate in client interviews and meetings on behalf of an assigned developer profile, build client trust, secure new opportunities, and ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our development team. Key Responsibilities 🎤 Represent assigned developer profiles in client interviews, technical discussions, stand-ups, and sprint meetings. 🔒 Maintain strict confidentiality and never disclose personal details or the identity of the assigned developer. 💡 Communicate technical expertise clearly and professionally to build client confidence. 🤝 Act as the communication bridge between clients and our development team after a project is secured. 📈 Focus on securing opportunities and building long-term client relationships, with earnings increasing based on successful results. Compensation Structure 💰 We offer compensation in two stages: - Before Securing a Job You will receive hourly compensation for attending client interviews, technical discussions, and related meetings. This allows you to earn from your consulting efforts even before a project is secured. - After Securing a Job Once a project is successfully secured, you will participate in a profit-sharing compensation model. The more opportunities you successfully secure, the greater your earning potential. Two Work Options After Securing a Job After securing a client opportunity, you can choose between two flexible engagement options: 1. Meetings Only Attend client meetings and act as the communication bridge while our developer handles the technical implementation. This option is ideal for professionals who prefer a consulting-focused role. You will typically need to be available only 2–3 hours per day, have no coding responsibilities, and focus on communication, coordination, and maintaining client relationships while receiving competitive compensation through the profit-sharing model. 2. Full Ownership Take full ownership of the engagement by managing both client communication and project delivery. This option allows you to be more involved in the technical execution and provides a higher compensation percentage based on the additional responsibilities. Both options are flexible, and you can choose the approach that best matches your experience, availability, and career goals.
