Senior Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking an innovative and driven Senior Lead Software Engineer to spearhead our core engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic vision, guiding high-performing developers and architecting scalable, resilient cloud-native systems.

-Contributing developer in Agile team -Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews -Technical Leadership: Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex distributed systems and core platform services. -Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of talented software engineers through code reviews, pairing, and structured feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, UX, and QA to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and robust solutions. Code Excellence: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, focusing on performance, automated testing, security, and clean code principles. Scalability & Reliability: Drive cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/GCP), ensuring high availability, observability, and cost-efficiency.

-7+ years of Java development experience -API and microservices development -2+ years of lead experience Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or engineering management capacity. Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript). Architecture & Cloud: Proven track record designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Data & Storage: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL/caching layers (Redis, DynamoDB). Culture: Excellent communication skills with a passion for collaborative problem-solving and fostering an inclusive engineering culture.
