Is this a job?
No. Sales Partners are independent contractors (IRS Form 1099-NEC). There is no salary, no hourly wage, no benefits, and no minimum earnings — compensation is commission on results, like a real-estate or insurance referral arrangement. You control when, where, and how you work.
What exactly do I earn?
35% of processed Priority Review revenue generated by job postings from employer accounts you referred, accrued per payment, for as long as those accounts keep producing revenue and you remain a partner in good standing. Refunded or failed payments never accrue.
When and how do I get paid?
Weekly by direct deposit (ACH) once your accrued balance reaches $50. You add your bank details in the dashboard; they are encrypted at rest and never shown to staff in full.
What about taxes?
You are responsible for your own taxes. We collect W-9 information and issue Form 1099-NEC if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year. Nothing is withheld from your payouts. See the tax information page for details.
Are there rules about how I sell?
Yes, and they are strict: no spam, no misrepresenting the product or your affiliation, no promises Offerrole does not make, and no incentives to employers that are not published by Offerrole. Consent-first is the product — it is also the sales rule.
