SourceHire is now Offerrole
New name, new domain, same platform. What changes for candidates, employers and partners — and what does not.
SourceHire is now Offerrole. The applicant tracking system is the same one you signed in to yesterday; the company behind it is the same; the people answering support are the same. What changed is the name and the domain: the platform now lives at offerrole.com.
Why the name
"SourceHire" described one half of what we do — finding people. The other half, the part candidates actually care about, is the offer at the end of the process: a real role, from a real team, decided on the merits of a structured application rather than a keyword match. Offerrole puts that outcome in the name.
What changes
- The website and app are at offerrole.com. Every sourcehire.app link you already have — in an email, a bookmark, a job board, a referral — redirects to the same page on the new domain.
- The name Offerrole ATS replaces SourceHire across the product, emails and documents as they are next issued.
- Support and legal mailboxes keep their current addresses for now; you will be told before any address changes.
What does not change
- Your account, password and sign-in method.
- Every job, application, note, consent record and audit-ledger entry.
- Priority Review purchases, receipts and refund terms.
- Sales Partner referral links and earnings — existing links keep tracking.
- Our data practices: the consent-first architecture, the exclusion of protected-class fields and the candidate rights portal are unchanged.
If anything looks off after the switch — a link that does not redirect, a document that still shows the old name — tell us at support@sourcehire.app and we will fix it. Welcome to Offerrole.
