Yes. You can use a personal or business card. The submission form treats them identically.
If your business card has spending controls (e.g., specific merchant categories blocked, or a per-charge limit), make sure Offerrole is on the allowed list before signing up — declines from card-level controls show as "failed" on our side without any helpful detail.
For expense reporting, every invoice on /applicant/subscription is downloadable.
