Email support@offerrole.com from the address on your account with subject "Account deletion request". We confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What "deletion" means: all personal data is erased: profile, resume, cover letters, narrative answers, declarations, subscription history, messages. Anonymized aggregate records remain for required regulatory and audit purposes (e.g., EEO reports must be retained per US federal law for 4 years). If you have an active subscription, it's cancelled and any remaining paid period is forfeited.
This is GDPR Article 17 ("right to erasure") compliant. We can't reverse a deletion — once done, your data is gone permanently.
