You can cancel any time after your first month's charge has been processed. Until that first charge clears, the Cancel button on your account page is disabled with a note explaining why — this prevents people from signing up, never paying, and then disputing.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We stop all future charges, and your card is permanently deleted from our database in the same transaction. Cancellation does NOT refund the current billing period — you keep priority status until that period ends.
