What does analytics show an employer?

Your jobs, applications and pipeline stages, match scores, aggregate cohorts and campaign performance. Site-wide traffic analytics are the platform's own.

What you can see is about your hiring: open jobs and applications on the dashboard (/admin), stage counts on every pipeline, match scores and rankings at /admin/applicants, what the network holds at /admin/cohorts, and how your campaigns landed at /admin/campaigns/performance. "The numbers you can see" walks through each.

Offerrole's own site analytics — page views, referrers, devices — are run by the platform team. They're privacy-respecting by design: no IP addresses, user-agent strings or query strings are stored, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured.

Ready to see it in your own console?

Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
