Pipelines — every job's kanban shows how many people are at each stage; /admin/pipeline adds them up across your jobs.
Applicants — /admin/applicants ranks and filters every application, with the match score on each row.
Cohorts (/admin/cohorts) — what the network holds, in aggregate: trending cohorts, market gaps (skills your open jobs need that few candidates have), and groups by product, culture and aspiration. Groups smaller than five show "–" instead of a number, and the summary prints to PDF.
Campaigns — /admin/campaigns/performance shows how each campaign landed.
Network-wide statistics — site traffic, profile density, consent rates — are Offerrole's own and are not shown to employers.
