Open the Org & Brand Console at /admin/organization/brand (Owners and Admins can edit it).
Add your light and dark logos, pick your colours and fonts, and write the tagline and description candidates will read. The same console designs your careers page at /companies/<your-slug> and decides how your job posts look — accent bar, logo, company description, salary, and the wording of the apply button.
The preview uses the same renderer as the live pages, so what you see is what candidates get. "The Org & Brand Console" covers every setting.
