Open a job and choose Screening. The list starts with questions suggested for the job's country, plus anything you added. Edit any question, move it up or down, delete it, or add one from the suggested gallery or write your own.
Each question has two switches:
Required to submit — the application cannot be sent without an answer.
Auto-disqualify on wrong answer — a knockout. An application that gives the disqualifying answer is marked Disqualified automatically. It stays in your list, clearly labelled, and no e-mail goes out for that status — you decide how to reply.
Keep the list short. A handful of real requirements screens better than a long form, and every question is shown to the candidate before they answer it.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
