Go to /signup and choose Employer (the candidate flow is separate). Use your work e-mail and set a password — it is stored only as a hash, never in plain text.
Your account comes with its own organization. Teammates join it through an invitation from an Owner or Admin (see "Inviting teammates").
After signup you land in the console at /admin. Every employer is reviewed before it can post (see /verification); then post your first job to start receiving applications.
