Most teams are set up in an afternoon. In the order that pays off fastest:
1. Post a job at /admin/jobs/new. Title, employer name, location, employment type and description are required; a salary range is strongly recommended.
2. Add screening questions from the job's Screening tab. A starter set is suggested for the job's country; add your own, mark the ones that are required, and tick "Auto-disqualify on wrong answer" for true deal-breakers.
3. Set up your brand in the Org & Brand Console (/admin/organization/brand): logo, colours, the story you tell candidates, your careers page, and whether candidates get an automatic "we received your application" reply.
4. Invite your team from /admin/organization/members and give each person a role — Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager or Viewer.
5. Connect a meeting link at /admin/calendar/settings: Google Workspace, Zoom, or a pasted room link.
6. Decide on auto-rejection. It is off for every new job. Switch it on in the job's e-mail settings and applications left untouched past your window get a humane close-out instead of silence.
7. Review your first applicant from the job's Applicants tab, the workspace-wide list at /admin/applicants, or the kanban at /admin/pipeline. Moving someone to Reviewing sends them a status e-mail, so they know a person is looking.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
