EEO self-identification: what employers see

Candidates are offered a voluntary self-identification form after they apply (/apply/thanks). Skipping it is fine and changes nothing about their application.

Answers are stored on their own surface, separate from the hiring path: they never appear on an applicant, in a match score, in a pipeline or in an export. Employers never see an individual's answers.

Reports are aggregate only, run by Offerrole's team, and any cell with fewer than five responses is shown as "<5" so nobody can be singled out. If you need aggregate figures for your own compliance reporting, write to support@offerrole.com.
