Yourself, any time. Each job's Applicants page exports the applicants you select (or all of them) as CSV or JSON.
Everything at once. Moving to another system? Write to support@offerrole.com from your work address. The platform team can generate one bundle — every applicant across every job your organization posted, as CSV or JSON — with each candidate's consent state for every option and without protected-class data. The export is logged like any other.
When you're done, close the account from /admin/account/close.
