Every application deserves an answer, even when the answer is no. Auto-rejection makes sure the quiet ones get one.
Switching it on. Open the job, edit it, and in the e-mail settings turn on auto-rejection. It is off for every new job until you do. Leave days in stage blank to use the default of 14 days, or set your own.
What it does. Once a day, applications that have sat in New or Reviewing longer than the window are sent the auto-rejection message. An application never receives it twice, and the worker stops at a daily cap.
What it doesn't do. It never touches applications you have moved on — Interviewing, Offer, Hired — and it skips every job where it is switched off.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
