From /admin/campaigns, New campaign asks for a name, a subject, a template and an audience. Your audience is drawn from the candidates who applied to your jobs, and your campaign list shows your own campaigns.
Every campaign carries a physical address and a working unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribed or whose address bounced is left out automatically through the platform's suppression list.
The list shows attempted, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and complained counts for each campaign; /admin/campaigns/performance compares them over time.
