Four kinds of e-mail can leave the platform on your behalf:
Status e-mails — on by default. Moving an application to Reviewing, Interviewing, Offer, Hired or Rejected sends the candidate the matching message. Each stage e-mails an application at most once.
Application auto-reply — off until you turn it on. Set up in the Org & Brand Console; sent once per application.
Auto-rejection — off until you turn it on, per job. A daily worker finds applications that have sat in New or Reviewing longer than your window (14 days unless you change it), sends the auto-rejection message once, and stops at a daily cap.
Campaigns. Messages you send to candidates in your own pipeline, with delivery, open, click and bounce counts.
Offerrole's administrators hold a master switch for status e-mails and one for auto-rejection, used only to pause sending platform-wide. Every automated send is written to the e-mail ledger, so who was e-mailed what, and when, always has an answer.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
