When an application moves, the candidate receives:
Reviewing — word that their application is being reviewed by a person. Interviewing — word that they've reached the interview stage and that you'll be in touch to schedule. Offer — the offer notice. Hired — the welcome. Rejected — the rejection, written to be humane.
Withdrawn (the candidate's own action) and Disqualified (an auto-disqualify screening answer) send nothing automatically.
Add a personal note. Change a status from the job's Applicants list and you can write a short note; it's included in the e-mail. That's the place for a booking link, a name, or what happens next.
The "application received" message is sent when the application is submitted, not from the pipeline. Each stage e-mails an application once, however many times the card is moved in and out of it. Your branding from the Org & Brand Console is applied to these e-mails.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
