Is it a draft? Postings go live on submission unless saved as a draft. Open it from /admin/jobs and publish.
Was it closed? Closing takes a job down from its link, your careers page and the feeds at once.
Is the account verified? Every employer is reviewed before it can post — a manual check that is part of why candidates trust the listings (see /verification). Until it's done, postings wait.
Where are candidates looking? There is no public board listing every job. Candidates arrive through the job's own link, your careers page at /companies/<your-slug>, and the aggregator feeds — so share the link. The LinkedIn feed only carries jobs whose employer owns the LinkedIn Company Page id in your organization settings.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
