What is the Sales Partner program?

Offerrole Sales Partners are independent contractors who introduce employers to our applicant tracking system.

You get a personal referral link. An employer who lands on Offerrole through that link and creates an account is attributed to you. From then on, every eligible processed payment on that employer's job postings accrues 35% to you, for as long as the account keeps producing revenue and you remain a partner in good standing.

There is no salary, no hourly wage, no quota and no set hours. You decide whether, when and how to work. Compensation is commission on results only — this is a 1099 independent-contractor arrangement, not employment.

Everything you earn appears in a ledger on your dashboard, one line per payment, as it happens.
