Go to /admin/talent-pool. Before anything is uploaded you tick the consent attestation — that the people in your file gave you their details for recruiting. The exact wording you agreed to, which boxes you ticked, and when, are stored with the import batch.
Then import either way:
Resume files — PDF, DOCX or TXT, many at once. Name and e-mail are read from each resume; you can supply them where a resume doesn't say.
A CSV — exports from common ATSs such as Greenhouse and Lever are recognised automatically, and you can map any column yourself. Progress is shown row by row. Very large books — hundreds of thousands of rows — are read in your browser and sent in chunks.
Rows are matched on e-mail address, so importing someone twice does not create a second person, and an import never overwrites what a candidate told you themselves. Your recent imports and how many candidates each one brought in are listed at the bottom of the page.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
