Matches. Every job has a Matches tab: people in the network who have not applied but whose skills overlap your qualification text, ranked, with the matching terms shown. Names and contact details stay masked — it tells you whether the people you need are out there, not who they are.
Cohorts. /admin/cohorts shows what the network holds, in aggregate: trending cohorts, market gaps (skills your open jobs need that few candidates have), and groups by product, culture and aspiration. Groups smaller than five show "–" instead of a number, and the summary prints to PDF.
Bringing them in. People in the network reach you by applying — so share the job's link and your careers page. For a role you want sourced for you, the RPO page (/admin/rpo) asks the platform to match consented candidates against it; a candidate's contact details are released once you sign the engagement agreement for that candidate, and the placement fee is modelled for you before you do.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
