Each job has a Pipeline tab — a kanban with a column per stage: New, Reviewing, Interviewing, Offer, Hired, plus Rejected, Withdrawn and Disqualified. The board at /admin/pipeline shows all of your jobs at once; filter it with the job chips above the board.
Drag a card to move it. The move is saved immediately and, when the new stage is one that notifies, the candidate's status e-mail is sent with it. A stage e-mails each application at most once, so a dropped-and-recovered drag never sends twice.
Moving someone into Interviewing needs the job to have an interview schedule link (edit the job, then e-mail settings). Until it has one the move is refused, so nobody reaches the interview stage of a job with nowhere to book.
Withdrawn is the candidate's own action and Disqualified comes from an auto-disqualify screening answer. Neither sends an automatic e-mail.
Cards on the board also open the e-mail composer, for anything the status e-mails don't say.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
