Yes. On a job's Applicants page, select the applicants you want (or all of them) and export as CSV or JSON.
Two rules apply to every export: each row is re-checked against the candidate's consent at that moment, so someone who withdrew is left out; and the export is logged — who exported, when, and how many rows.
Cohort exports are different: the cohort summary is aggregate (counts and trends, never people) and prints to PDF.
