Your applicants. Someone who applies to your job agreed, by applying, to that employer seeing their name, e-mail, resume and cover letter. So your Applicants lists show name and e-mail in the clear. If the candidate also allowed resume understanding, you see a short profile summary too — current role, location, years of experience.
The wider network. People who have not applied to you are shown masked — on a job's Matches tab, for example, you see that a match exists and which skills matched, not who it is. Only Offerrole's own reviewers can unmask a network profile, each unmask needs a written reason, and each one is logged.
Exports. When you export applicants, every row is re-checked against the candidate's consent at that moment, so someone who withdrew is left out without anyone having to remember.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
