Every amount you earn starts as Clearing and becomes available 30 days after the applicant's payment. The hold leaves room for refunds and chargebacks before any money moves, so a payout is rarely taken back.
On My earnings, the Clearing tile shows the total still waiting and the date the next amount clears; Available to pay out shows what has cleared and not been paid.
Each payment line shows its own status: Clearing, Cleared, On hold (a chargeback is open) or Refunded.
If the hold is ever changed, the new one applies to payments recorded after the change — never to ones already clearing.
Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
