On My earnings, the Request payout button works once three things are done — the terms accepted, a W-9 on file and payout details given — and at least $50 is available. If something is missing, the line under the button says what.
A request is for everything available at that moment. You can have one open request at a time, and you can withdraw it while it is open (the amount goes back to available).
We pay requests once a month, in U.S. dollars, usually within 30 days of the request, by the method you chose. When it is sent we e-mail you the amount and a reference, and it appears under Payouts and adjustments on your dashboard.
We may hold or decline a request we have reason to think is wrong — for example, payout details that changed without you — and we tell you why; the amount goes back to your available balance.
Your My earnings page shows every payment that earned, what is clearing and what you can be paid. Reply to any program e-mail and a person will look into anything that looks wrong.
