Where. Jobs → Clients (/admin/clients) in the console menu. On a job's form, Hiring employer (client) sits under Employer.
Naming a req's client. Pick one of your organization's clients, or type a new name — it's added to Clients when you save. Picking a client fills an empty Employer field with its name. The two can differ on purpose: Employer is the name candidates see (the client's, your agency's, or Confidential); the client is internal — it never appears on the job page, your careers page, the job feeds, Google for Jobs or e-mails to candidates. Leave it empty when a req isn't for a client. On a client's page, Post a req for this client opens the form with the client already picked.
Each client's page. Open reqs and all reqs; applicants, and how many arrived in the last 30 days; how many are in play (New, Reviewing, Interviewing or Offer), interviewing, at Offer and hired; applicants per month for the last twelve months (Show as table gives the numbers); where applicants are now; and every req for the client with its own counts. Open in Jobs lists those reqs in Jobs. The numbers are counts of the reqs and applications themselves — nothing is estimated, and a hire counts only once someone moves the applicant to Hired.
Whose reqs count. Everyone sees their own reqs' numbers. Your organization's owner and admins can switch to Your team's reqs: every req your organization posted for the client, with who posted each. A teammate's applicants stay theirs to open. The Clients page also counts reqs that don't name a client yet, with a link to yours in Jobs.
Shared with your organization. Everyone in it picks from the same list, so a client isn't typed five ways. Anyone can add a client; editing (name, website, notes), archiving and deleting are for whoever added it and your organization's owner and admins. Archive takes a client out of the picker but keeps its reqs and numbers; it comes back when you pick its name on a new req, or with Bring back. Only a client no req names can be deleted.
Posting and reviewing are free. Every stage, e-mail and export described here is in the console from the first sign-in.
