The page. /admin/cohorts lists groups of candidates by skills and products, roles, places and experience, culture, and interest, with how many people are in each and how many joined this week. Groups smaller than five show "Under 5".
A cohort's details. Click a card for its panel: size and share of the network, new this week, how much of its profile detail people declared themselves, how complete profiles are, the products its members use, and how many of them are in your pipeline.
What you can do from it. View candidates opens exactly that group in People, the Talent network's search (with Talent network access). Cohorts that are one value — one skill, product, level or place — are counted exactly; the rest are estimated and marked ≈. Recruiters can Export the members who applied to their own jobs. Save as audience keeps the cohort in Audience Manager — its size there is often larger, because Audience Manager casts a wider net: people learning a product as well as using it, products that come with their skills, synonyms and résumé text. A few kinds of cohort (seniority, culture and interest groups, for example) can't be expressed as an audience yet, and the panel says so.
