Right after you pay for 30 days of Priority Review, the confirmation screen offers to keep it on. It's optional, and nothing renews unless you tick its box and press Keep Priority Review on. The box says exactly what you agree to: the price, every 30 days, how it is paid, and where to cancel.
Kept on, it renews when your current 30 days end, and every 30 days after, at the price you paid. If you saved your card at checkout, that card is charged on the due date; otherwise we e-mail you a secure payment link for each renewal. We e-mail you a reminder 3 days before every renewal.
If a renewal is declined, we try the card once more 3 days later, then e-mail you a payment link. Until it's paid, Priority Review pauses for your new applications, and your Billing page says so. Unpaid 14 days after its due date, the plan ends and nothing more is charged.
Cancel anytime in one click on your Subscription page — or with an e-mailed cancel link if you can't sign in. Priority Review stays on until the end of the 30 days you already paid for. The full terms are in section 12 of the Subscriber Agreement.
Send a change request: billing mistakes our records prove are refunded automatically, and a person answers the rest within two business days.
